Technology in Endodontics

Advances in technology have resulted in significant benefits to our patients. We carefully evaluate all new technologies that are made available to us and we only incorporate those technologies into our practice that are proven to be safe and beneficial to the patient. We have equipped all of our offices with digital radiographic systems. The benefits include up to an 80% decrease of radiation exposure and the ability to display the image on a large monitor for instant detailed analysis as well as patient education. The use of operating microscopes and enhanced vision with magni-fying telescopes has made it possible for the doctor to correct problems that may have previously been difficult or impossible to detect, resulting in better diagnosis and more predictable treatment. We also can display the procedure on the monitor and capture images of the tooth as needed.

Our practice meets and exceeds the highest standards of infection control advocated by the American Dental Association, the Centers for Disease Control and OSHA. We utilize the latest barrier techniques and autoclave sterilization. Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art endodontic care while maintaining strict infection control protocol.
